SPARTA: Take Charge of Your Health: Live Well, Be Well with Diabetes
This is a FREE evidence based workshop that meets for 2 1/2 hours each Wednesday evening for 6 weeks beginning September 19, 2018 through October 24, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Who should attend: Adults with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, or anyone who is a loved one or caregiver for someone with diabetes.
