Interestingly, Scripture reveals Jesus exhibited multiple leadership styles including charismatic and authoritarian leadership. As servants of the Lord, what can we learn from these various leadership styles to enhance our own leadership? What Leadership Models Can Teach us About Church Growth Organizations of all types, including churches, experience organizational life cycles. Successful transition, from one stage to another, is dependent upon leadership growth. Many leaders, however, struggle doing so. Consequently, their efforts in leading growth are limited. What can a leader do to enhance his or her leadership ability and lead continual growth? Held in the UGST Chapel Refreshments Following Eugene Wilson has over thirty years of pastoral ministry, including senior pastor, and presently serves as executive pastor at The Pentecostals of Katy, in Katy, Texas. He is the founder of Equipping Leaders, a coaching and consulting organization, and an adjunct professor at Urshan College and Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He earned a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University’s School of Business and Global Leadership and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from Liberty University.
