We will be celebrating every Saturday night in September and October after Labor Day, except October 5. THE ADVENTURE: You will start your tour at our beautiful Tasting Room with a guided tasting of three of our most popular wines: Earl Beaufort, Peachy Queen and Sangria. Choose your favorite and take a glass with you on the Lantern Walk, down our farm road. Cross the low water bridge over St. Jordan Creek and proceed by lantern light through our cornfield for a short exposition on the pioneer settlement of this area and our family’s Century Farm. Cross the farm road to our wheat field for a delicious 3 course steak dinner with another glass of wine around the campfire. After dinner, stroll back down the country road, with your lantern, savoring your perfect evening, under the stars in the beautiful Missouri countryside. THE MEAL: You willl sit by the campfire and enjoy our 3 course CAMPFIRE COOKOUT, featuring aged, thick tenderloin , cooked to perfection, roasted potatoes with all the trimmings, rolls, butter and salad greens lightly dressed with a special lemony vinaigrette á la Julia Child. Your culinary experience will culminate with a dish of fruit cobbler just like Grandma Fink used to make on this farm! Our goal is to make this a special and unique evening around the campfire you will never forget! All meals include a glass of wine, beer or soft drink . There will also be be an option to take a bottle of wine along at the beginning of the tour in lieu of the individual glasses of wine for the walk and the steak dinner.
