Katie and Rachel both believe strongly in the importance of mind, body, spirit integration to create a happy, healthy, wealthy, and fulfilling life! Sweat your Soul is a workshop that provides connection, transcendence, healthy eats, good talks, free swag...and of course a little bit of sweat, and a little bit of SOUL! Our mission is to guide women through an integrative process that gets them into their bodies and helps them release and transcend limiting beliefs and energetic blocks that are keeping them stuck. We will move our bodies, laugh, and get to know one another a little bit better than we did walking into the space! This is truly our soul's calling and we are so grateful to share this experience with so many amazing women! -Katie & Rachel FAQS: What is the agenda of the event? The agenda of Sweat Your Soul includes the following: introductions, a quick 20 min HIIT workout (+ a warm-up), guided meditation, limiting beliefs workshop, tips for future use, and Q&A with Rachel & Katie. How long is the event? The event is about 4 hours long. Will snacks and water be provided? Yes we will be serving smoothies (your choice of flavor), light snacks, and water bottles will be provided. Do I need to bring a notebook or pen? No, we will provide all of that for you! As well as a towel for after the workout. What studio is the event in at Wellbridge Clayton & where do I park? Parking is across the street at the bank or you can use the free valet. Tipping is not required for valet as it is included in the valet's salary. The studio we will be in is the only studio that is on the main level. It is called the Trinity Studio- you will not miss it. What will I get out of the event? You will get an amazing workout in, coaching from Rachel and Katie, connections with other like minded women in the area, and transformational break-throughs so you can step into your highest self. What if I don't have any friends to come with me? Trust me, we get that! Especially Katie because she is very introverted. This message is from Katie: I promise you will not feel alone at all.
